30 Day Money Back Guarantee

All Hosting plans include a 30 day money back guarantee. If for any reason Sibername. Com does not fulfill the contract (including SLA, TOS, AUP), you will receive a full refund (minus credit card transaction fees and waived setup fees). Cancellation must occur within 30 days of account activation. Sibername.Com does not provide refunds based on company or personal finance problems, your failure to read the SLA, TOS, AUP.

Not included are Domain Registration, SSL Certificates, and/or any additional billable services done to servers. No refunds are available after 30 days. Any request for cancellation must be received via fax with a signature included. You will receive a confirmation upon the cancellation of your account. Cancellations over the telephone and informal email are not accepted.

Accounts cancelled/terminated by Sibername.Com for violating our AUP or TOS do not qualify for the 30-day money back guarantee. For example, if your account is cancelled due to spamming, you will not be given any refund. It is requested that you provide a detailed description for the reason of your cancellation.

Refunds will be made on the credit card used during the payment or it will be a cheque sent to the customer's address if the payment is made by cheque.
